Train Force. Not Just Drills.
Unleashing Impulse at Every Degree of Rotation.
Torque Athletic Enhancement develops explosive, game-ready athletes by training how the body generates, transfers, and applies force under pressure.
About Torque Athletic Enhancement
Torque Athletic Enhancement is a performance system built on biomechanics, rotational mechanics, and efficient movement sequencing.
We don’t train drills—we train how athletes generate, transfer, and apply force under pressure.
Founded by Coach Marlon McGill, Torque combines evaluation, movement science, and sport-specific application to help athletes move efficiently, perform at game speed, and stay durable throughout the season.
What We Train
• Quarterback mechanics through the RTB (Rotational Throwing Blueprint)
• Rotational power and force development
• Acceleration, change of direction, and game-speed movement
• Decision-making and reaction under pressure
Our Approach
Torque isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing it in the right order.
Every athlete begins by understanding how their body moves, where force is lost, and how to correct it. From there, training progresses from controlled mechanics to reactive, game-like execution.
The Difference
Most training focuses on drills and repetition.
Torque focuses on:
• Force production
• Movement efficiency
• Real-time application
Because better movement—not just more reps—is what translates to performance on the field.
Every athlete starts with the Torque Diagnostic Circuit (TDC).
The Torque System:
Movement is multi-planar. Force is directional.
PISTON | ANCHOR
Vertical force production for power, acceleration, and stability & Deceleration and force absorption for control and injury prevention.
SLINGSHOT
Elastic rotational force for speed, redirection, and open-field movement.
STACK
Efficient alignment that allows force to transfer through the body.
REBOUND
Reactive force that drives explosive transitions. like in and out of breaks-Catch it → Snap it!
We don’t train movement patterns—we train how force is applied in real time.
FOUNDATION:
The “Mobile Abdabor”
The First Gear: The Rotational Engine
Understanding Torque starts with the foundation.
This breakdown explains how athletes generate force from the ground, transfer it through the body, and apply it in motion. From the foot to the stack to rotational release—this is the system behind everything we train.

Built for Skill Position Athletes
Torque is designed for athletes who rely on speed, precision, and decision-making in space.
• Running Backs
• Wide Receivers
• Quarterbacks (RTB specialization)
• Multi-sport athletes
If your performance depends on how you move—this is where you train.
Our Services:
The Torque Diagnostic Circuit (TDC) is the foundation of every athlete’s development at Torque Athletic Enhancement.
This dynamic evaluation system assesses the core movement qualities that influence athletic performance across all sports.
Rather than relying on isolated testing, the TDC uses a sequence of functional drills designed to reveal how an athlete accelerates, decelerates, rotates, and stabilizes in motion.
During the assessment we evaluate:
• Hand-eye coordination
• Acceleration and deceleration mechanics
• Strength and mobility
• Balance and body control
• Rotational power and sequencing
• Speed and conditioning capacity
The goal is to establish a clear performance baseline.
From this assessment, athletes receive a customized development plan that identifies mechanical strengths, movement limitations, and training priorities.
The TDC ensures that every training program at Torque is built around the athlete’s individual movement profile rather than a generic workout template.

Rotational Throwing Biomechanics (RTB) is Torque’s specialized training system designed to improve throwing efficiency, velocity, and durability through biomechanical sequencing.
In many throwing sports, velocity is not produced by the arm alone. High-level throwers generate power through a coordinated kinetic chain that begins with ground force and transfers energy through the hips, trunk, and upper extremity.
RTB focuses on organizing this sequence so the body works as a connected system rather than relying on isolated arm action.
Through movement analysis, drill progressions, and targeted rotational training, athletes learn how to:
• Generate torque through the hips and trunk
• Improve hip-to-shoulder timing and separation
• Transfer rotational energy efficiently through the kinetic chain
• Reduce unnecessary arm stress
• Produce more repeatable and efficient throws
RTB training is ideal for:
• Quarterbacks
• Baseball and softball players
• Multi-sport throwing athletes
• Athletes looking to improve velocity and mechanics
The result is a more connected throwing motion where the body drives the throw and the arm delivers it.

"Train the Movement. Master the Position."
Train movement. Build separation. Perform at speed.
Torque Football Skill Development is a biomechanics-driven training system built to develop explosive, efficient athletes who can separate and perform at game speed.
This is not traditional “cone drill” training.
Each session is structured around Torque principles—how the body loads, rotates, and transfers force through the ground to create speed, separation, and control.
Athletes are trained to move with intent, sequencing, and efficiency, allowing them to execute faster while reducing wasted motion.
What We Train
Wide receivers and running backs are developed through a combination of position-specific skill work and rotational performance training:
• Route running through hip loading and directional force application
• Release mechanics vs coverage using lateral torque and front-side control
• Acceleration and top-end speed via ground force and projection angles
• Change-of-direction using deceleration mechanics + re-acceleration sequencing
• Ball tracking and catching under speed + visual stress
• Reaction training and field awareness under live constraints
The Torque Layer
Sessions also integrate:
• Rotational power development (hips → trunk → upper body sequencing)
• Foot-to-core connection for efficient force transfer
• Adductor and pelvic stability for controlled movement under speed
• Transition mechanics (speed → cut → re-accelerate)
Whether preparing for competition or building long-term athletic capacity, the objective is the same:
