Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Torque Athletic Enhancement, we provide specialized sports performance training, biomechanics assessments, and athlete development programs. Because our services require reserved time, facility space, and preparation, the following policies apply.

Training Sessions

  • Individual training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and not refunded.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Rotational Throwing Biomechanics (RTB) Assessments

  • RTB assessments involve video analysis and individualized preparation.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled.

  • Once the assessment has been completed or analysis work has begun, refunds are not available.

Camps & Clinics

  • Camp registrations cancelled 7 days prior to the event may receive a full refund minus processing fees.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may receive credit toward a future camp or training session.

  • If Torque Athletic Enhancement cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

Packages & Training Tokens

  • The Token System: When you purchase a 3-pack or 5-pack, you are purchasing Training Tokens (Credits). Upon checkout, you will receive a unique Package Code.

  • Redeeming Tokens: Use your code on our scheduling page to "spend" your tokens and book your specific dates/times.

  • Expiration: Tokens must be used within the program period (e.g., 90 days from purchase).

  • Refunds: Training packages are non-refundable once the first token has been redeemed. Unused tokens may be applied to future sessions within the expiration period but cannot be cashed out.

Payment & Scheduling
Payments are securely processed through Stripe via Squarespace. After payment, please check your email for your Package Code to begin scheduling your athlete's sessions. By completing a purchase, customers agree to the policies listed above.
