The Torque Experience:

  • Torque Diagnostic Circuit (TDC): Every athlete begins with baseline testing in speed, agility, and rotational movement patterns.

  • Position-Specific Training: Targeted drills for QBs (mechanics/sequencing), WRs (releases/separation), and RBs (ball security/vision).

  • Game-Speed Application: Transition from drills to live scenarios, including QB-WR timing and mesh drills.

  • Team Concepts: Finish with skeleton sessions (7-on-air) to build football IQ and communication.

1-Hour High-Intensity Program:

  • 20–35m: Position Skill Development

  • 35–50m: QB-WR-RB Integration (Timing & Chemistry)

  • 50–60m: Competitive Game Simulations
